What you will do

• Lead cost management across a European lease portfolio, ensuring budget control, forecasting, and optimisation.
• Manage operational and capital expenditure (OPEX/CAPEX) to align with client financial objectives.
• Oversee tender and bid processes, including analysis, benchmarking, and commercial evaluation.
• Drive the change management process to identify and implement cost impacts across lease agreements.
• Provide portfolio-level cost planning, reporting, and variance analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Mentor and support junior team members to maintain a high-performing commercial function.

Requirements

• 7–8+ years of experience in cost management or quantity surveying, preferably in consultancy.
• Proven experience managing costs across multiple projects or portfolios in lease or real estate environments.
• Degree or equivalent experience in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a construction-related discipline.
• Must be chartered.
• Experience with data centres, mission-critical, or large-scale infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, cost reporting, and senior-level stakeholder communication.
