What you will do

• Own end-to-end post-signing integration planning, building and executing 30/60/100-day operational plans.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams across Finance, People, Legal, IT, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
• Track and report integration synergies and financial metrics against deal assumptions.
• Manage post-close risks, including dispute resolution over deal terms and outstanding diligence findings.
• Develop and refine the standard integration playbook and templates to optimize future deals.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in M&A integration, corporate development, or a related PMO/transformation role.
• Proven track record of running multi-workstream plans with hard deadlines and multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity on time-sensitive deals with strong executive communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to El Segundo, California.
