What you will do
- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules for the USV programme and related portfolio activities.
- Monitor critical paths, milestones, and dependencies across design, build, integration, and testing phases.
- Identify planning risks and schedule conflicts early to propose practical mitigation measures.
- Track progress and ensure alignment between planning, capacity, cost control, and governance requirements.
- Contribute to portfolio-level reporting, forecasting, and scenario planning for the PMO.
- Facilitate planning sessions and maintain planning standards, templates, and data quality.
Requirements
- Background in engineering, industrial engineering, technical business administration, or project controls.
- Solid experience in project planning or PMO support within complex technical, manufacturing, or maritime environments.
- Proficiency with scheduling platforms such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
- English: C1 (Excellent written and oral skills) required.
- Location: Must be based in or able to work in Nootdorp, Netherlands (Hybrid).
