What you will do

• Drive zero-to-one strategic projects for the finance super app expansion.
• Support licensing, market entry, partner acquisition, office setup, and operating plans.
• Conduct deep research on markets, competitors, regulations, and business models.
• Translate founder-level ideas into structured plans, timelines, and actionable next steps.
• Collaborate across product, legal, compliance, finance, hiring, and operations teams.
• Own and resolve urgent business problems from inception to completion.

Requirements

• Strong generalist with high ownership, sharp business judgment, and excellent writing skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate new industries, regulations, and markets.
• Capacity to turn messy, ambiguous inputs into clear, actionable execution plans.
• Strong English communication and structured thinking.
• Must be based in Malaysia to meet the hybrid work requirement (3+ days/week in office).
• Experience in startups, consulting, fintech, strategy, or founder-led environments is a strong advantage.
