What you will do

• Support project setup, tracking, and status reporting activities.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to identify and escalate issues.
• Maintain project trackers, KPI reports, and operational dashboards.
• Coordinate with Delivery, Validation, and Commercial teams to support project execution.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives, reporting enhancements, and automation testing.
• Ensure compliance with established SOPs, quality standards, and timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Statistics, Market Research, or Data Analytics.
• 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, operations support, or market research.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience working in a multi-country or regional support environment.

• Proficiency in the Vietnamese language.
