What you will do

• Drive CEO-level priorities from problem definition to final execution.
• Track OKRs, decisions, blockers, and deadlines across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Support licensing applications, country expansion, hiring, and strategic partnerships.
• Prepare clear briefs, research notes, and action trackers for senior leadership.
• Coordinate between product, engineering, finance, legal, compliance, and operations.
• Identify execution gaps and own urgent business problems that span multiple departments.

Requirements

• High-ownership business generalist with strong execution discipline and structured thinking.
• Ability to work directly with senior leadership and handle ambiguity or shifting priorities.
• Strong follow-through and professional communication skills.
• Must be based in Malaysia for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Strong English communication skills required as the main working language.
