Controllers, Regional Controllers, Analyst/Associate, Taipei

Location: Taipei, Taiwan; office-based role

What you will do

• Maintain books and records and prepare financial statements under IFRS, USGAAP, and applicable local standards.
• Prepare audited financial statements, annual tax returns, statutory filings, and monthly regulatory reports.
• Analyze regulatory requirements and perform relevant financial analyses.
• Maintain and document internal control standards across assigned Taiwan and offshore jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with Controllers, other divisions, and colleagues in local and international offices.
• Contribute to regional and cross-divisional projects and develop knowledge of financial products and businesses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 3 years of work experience in the financial industry.
• Strong accounting knowledge, control mindset, communication skills, and problem-solving ability.
• Fluent English required for collaboration with local and international colleagues.
• Good PC skills, particularly Excel, and the ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Strong team spirit and ability to work collaboratively.

Nice to have

• CPA certification or Taiwan senior brokerage license.
• Knowledge of TWIFRS and/or USGAAP.
