Analyst, Accounting Policy and Compliance

Location: Norcross, Georgia, United States. The role is based at the corporate headquarters and includes a personalized flexibility arrangement through the Flex Werk program.

What you will do

• Support annual financial audits, including disclosure research and preparation of stand-alone financial statements.
• Coordinate audit schedules and deliverables between external auditors and the finance team.
• Draft technical accounting and regulatory documentation under IFRS.
• Prepare valuation methodology documentation covering expected credit losses and fair value.
• Prepare fair value disclosures and contribute to monthly and quarterly disclosures for consolidated financial statements.
• Analyze third-party financial statements to support due diligence on new transactions.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in financial reporting.
• Familiarity with IFRS and/or US GAAP accounting principles.
• Strong organizational and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• CPA license or progress toward CPA designation.
• Experience preparing or auditing financial statements under IFRS and/or US GAAP.
