What you will do

• Supervise team members, providing guidance and feedback on tasks, performance, and career development.
• Lead the analysis of requirements, creation, and execution of test strategies and cases for Operational Technology (OT) products.
• Design, build, and maintain test automation frameworks covering API, UI, and non-functional verification.
• Utilize CI/CD pipelines to build, configure, and patch multiple test environments.
• Engage with cross-functional and international teams in an agile environment to achieve department objectives.
• Execute complex manual functional and non-functional tests and report defects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3-8 years of work experience with proven technical leadership capabilities.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Perl, or Shell.
• Experience with test automation tools such as pytest, Playwright, or Selenium.
• Proficiency with source control systems (Git, Subversion, CVS) and both Linux and Windows environments.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US (no sponsorship for E, F-1, H-1, L-1, B, J, or TN visas).

Nice to have

• Experience in technical team management.
• Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL, Cassandra, or MongoDB.
• Experience with Configuration Management and server virtualization (VMWare).
• General networking skills (TCP/IP, SNMP, Layer 2 & 3 switches).
• Experience in the Utility Industry working with control system technology software.
