What you will do

• Lead the development, qualification, and improvement of advanced machining and fabrication processes for engine components.
• Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) activities from prototype stage through to full production readiness.
• Collaborate with design teams via concurrent engineering to optimize parts for manufacturability, quality, and cost.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to external suppliers and manufacturing partners.
• Mentor manufacturing engineers and contribute to the standardization of best practices within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 6+ years of experience in aerospace or propulsion manufacturing.
• Strong hands-on expertise in advanced machining and fabrication of rotating and structural engine components.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM systems and CNC programming for toolpath development and manufacturability assessment.
• Proven track record in supporting industrialization and production ramp-up activities.
