What you will do

• Own the evolution and governance of the design system, including components, tokens, patterns, and documentation.
• Partner with engineers to translate design concepts into production-ready experiences and ensure high implementation quality.
• Write and review HTML, CSS, and React code to minimize gaps between design specifications and the shipped product.
• Establish and maintain standards for interaction design, accessibility, and visual consistency across the ecosystem.
• Conduct audits to identify and resolve inconsistencies between design intent and live user experiences.
• Mentor designers through structured feedback to strengthen problem-solving approaches and execution quality.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience in growth-focused or outcome-oriented product environments.
• Proven track record of designing and iterating on experiments that improved user adoption and engagement metrics.
• Strong background in creating scalable design systems, component architecture, and design tokens.
• Fluency in front-end development, with the ability to write production-level HTML, CSS, and React.
• Strong systems thinking skills to understand how design decisions influence broader patterns and business goals.
• Must be based in Canada
