What you will do

• Draft and negotiate global vendor contracts including MSAs, SOWs, and software license agreements.
• Advise internal stakeholders on legal and regulatory matters impacting commercial contracts.
• Ensure compliance with key regulations such as EBA Guidelines on Outsourcing and DORA.
• Manage vendor contract lifecycles from instruction to final execution.
• Collaborate with Vendor Management, Data Protection, and Information Security teams.
• Support cross-departmental projects and provide legal guidance to entity boards.

Requirements

• Qualified English solicitor with 5-10 years PQE.
• Must be admitted to the Law Society of England and Wales and in good standing.
• Broad experience in commercial law and financial services.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks impacting vendor outsourcing.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder expectations and timelines.
