What you will do

• Provide second-line of defence advisory to ensure policies and processes align with FCA expectations and Financial Crime legislation.
• Support routine compliance for process design, scripts, financial promotions, and conduct issues.
• Oversee compliance incidents to implement corrective actions and improve internal controls.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports to the FCA and other bodies, including Suspicious Activity Reports.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to manage regulatory perspectives and deliver training to promote a strong compliance culture.
• Monitor regulatory developments to support business preparedness and internal change management.

Requirements

• Solid experience in a second-line of defence compliance role within financial services.
• Essential experience working with general insurance products.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and FCA expectations.
• Proven track record in risk and change management within a changing environment.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory jargon into actionable advice for stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to have

• Knowledge and experience in financial crime.
• Exposure to Consumer Credit or Cashback Card products.
