Financial Promotions Manager (Fintech)

Location: London office or remote within the UK, with occasional meetings in London

Salary: £71,400–£96,000 per year, plus performance-linked incentive awards

What you will do

• Oversee the review and approval of financial promotions across hirify.global’s product suite.
• Review product claims to ensure they are clear, fair, not misleading, and adequately substantiated.
• Manage compliance with FCA and ASA rules and hirify.global’s internal financial promotions processes.
• Identify improvements that make financial promotions and claims approvals more efficient.
• Create training materials for financial promotions supporting new product launches.
• Keep existing training and guidance materials updated with regulatory developments.

Requirements

• Experience reviewing financial promotions within the FCA, a UK bank, fintech, or insurer.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on regulatory experience covering borrowing products, investments, and/or insurance.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple competing deadlines.
• Ability to find practical solutions and continuously learn in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Resilience, adaptability, and comfort working with ambiguity.
