What you will do

• Review marketing materials, due diligence responses, investor communications, and reporting materials from legal, regulatory, and compliance perspectives.
• Advise on fund marketing and distribution matters and help assess and manage regulatory and business risks.
• Act as a local adviser and EMEA subject matter expert for the Private Wealth business, principally in Europe and where needed globally.
• Maintain internal marketing policies, procedures, and regulatory guidance.
• Develop educational materials and training for Private Wealth professionals on EMEA marketing and fundraising regulations.
• Provide jurisdictional guidance on AIFMD, MiFID, CBDF, SFDR, and other European marketing regimes, while researching emerging regulatory risks.

Requirements

• 6–9 years of experience at a compliance consultancy or alternative asset management firm.
• Relevant experience in marketing or distribution compliance.
• Knowledge of alternative investments.
• Understanding of AIFMD, MiFID, and other European marketing regulations.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical, drafting, and organizational skills.
• Excellent judgment and the ability to communicate confidently, effectively, and diplomatically.
