What you will do

• Respond to medical and safety enquiries from healthcare professionals and patients via phone, email, and web platforms.
• Utilize approved product information and scientific literature to provide accurate responses.
• Document and report adverse events and product complaints in line with regulatory standards.
• Log all enquiries into internal systems in a clear, timely, and compliant manner.
• Perform quality checks on safety reports and medical enquiries to ensure service quality.
• Write custom medical responses and provide informal mentorship to new team members.

Requirements

• Degree in life sciences, nursing, or medicine.
• Fluency (C1) in German and English, both written and oral.
• Must be based in Croatia, Serbia, UK, or North Macedonia.
• Strong communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Interest in drug safety, medical information, or regulatory affairs.
