What you will do

• Provide specialist nursing care and advice on catheter care and self-catheterisation to patients and relatives.
• Undertake Trial Without Catheter (TWOC) procedures in community and acute hospital clinics.
• Manage community referrals to perform ISC and TWOC procedures during home visits.
• Assess and review adults with continence or urology needs and bladder complications.
• Support and educate nursing staff, non-nursing staff, and carers.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with data protection and company regulations.

Requirements

• Qualified Nurse (RGN) essential.
• Must be a car driver as home visits are required.
• Proven experience within Urology or Continence Care.
• Knowledge of research-based holistic approaches to patient care.
• Evidence of recent post-registration training and development.

Nice to have

• Recognised Urology or Continence Care qualification.
• Community or district nurse experience.
