What you will do

• Serve as therapeutic area lead for Neurology Gene Therapy, partnering with clinical operations, regulatory, and commercial teams.
• Provide medical leadership for clinical strategy, site selection, enrollment, and issue escalation.
• Perform medical monitoring, data cleaning, and ensure integrity of study reports.
• Author clinical sections of regulatory submissions and represent at meetings.
• Organize scientific advisory boards and data safety monitoring committees.
• Maintain expertise in neurology and contribute to gene therapy strategic direction.

Requirements

• MD, DO or equivalent with 10+ years global neurology clinical development experience in pharma/biotech.
• Experience across Phases 1-3 clinical research.
• 5+ years management in clinical development.
• Prior gene therapy experience.
• Neurology clinical residency training.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP and FDA guidelines.

Nice to have

• PhD in addition to MD/DO.
• Pediatric experience.
• Experience with gene therapy drug approvals.
