What you will do

• Oversee reconciliation and NAV review technology to deliver reconciled gross Net Asset Values.
• Review portfolio pricing for equities, bonds, options, futures, and OTC derivatives.
• Liaise with custodians, brokers, and counterparties to resolve breaks and improve processes.
• Ensure client transaction processing, corporate actions, and security pricing are accurate.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage day-to-day relationships.
• Support new client onboarding and participate in change management projects.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Math, Finance, or Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in investor services or the asset management industry.
• Strong understanding of financial securities including equities, bonds, forwards, and derivatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Kuala Lumpur.

Nice to have

• Experience with reconciliation technology or portfolio management systems.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and complex functions.
• Intermediate knowledge of VBA or SQL.
