Senior Associate, Portfolio Operations (Investment Services)

What you will do

• Operate and oversee reconciliation and NAV review technology to deliver reconciled gross Net Asset Values.
• Process client transactions, book corporate actions, and verify security pricing.
• Review portfolios containing equities, bonds, options, futures, forwards, and OTC derivatives.
• Perform cash, positions, dividend, interest, GAV, and profit-and-loss reconciliations.
• Resolve breaks with custodians, brokers, and other counterparties while supporting process improvements.
• Act as a lead contact for at least one client, support onboarding, manage queries, and contribute to change projects.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent combination of education.
• At least two years of experience in investor services or asset management.
• Understanding of equities, bonds, forwards, futures, options, and OTC derivatives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to adhere to client SLAs and investigate operational issues accurately.

Nice to have

• Experience with reconciliation technology, portfolio management systems, or investment accounting general ledgers.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and functions such as TEXT, LOOKUP, and MATH.
• Intermediate VBA, SQL, or other programming knowledge.
