What you will do
- Lead financial governance and provide commercial finance support for contractual customers, covering revenue recognition, billing, accruals, and margin performance.
- Partner with business, delivery, finance, legal, and operations stakeholders to resolve complex contractual and financial issues.
- Drive revenue recovery and margin improvement through contract reviews, pricing corrections, billing remediation, and process improvements.
- Manage forecasting, variance analysis, risk assessment, executive reporting, and financial leadership for high-value customer accounts.
- Investigate financial exceptions, revenue leakage, billing disputes, and balance sheet exposures, implementing sustainable corrective actions.
- Support month-end and quarter-end close, financial controls, automation, transformation initiatives, and the development of finance professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 7 years of experience in finance, accounting, commercial finance, revenue management, FP&A, contract finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, journal entries, month-end close, revenue recognition, financial controls, and reporting.
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Experience with SAP, Power BI, Excel, and financial reporting tools.
- Business-level Mandarin is preferred for regular interaction with Mandarin-speaking customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting enterprise customers, contractual businesses, leasing models, or managed services.
- CPA, ACCA, CFA, CIMA, or an equivalent professional qualification.
