What you will do

• Review and evaluate capital expenditure requests against business priorities and financial objectives.
• Analyze investment proposals, including ROI, payback, and broader financial impact.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and business stakeholders to develop capital funding business cases.
• Guide requestors through the CAPEX approval process and ensure compliance with governance requirements.
• Track purchase order commitments and actual spending against approved budgets, identifying variances and risks.
• Support monthly actuals reporting, flash forecasts, annual budgeting, and CAPEX performance visibility.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated competence.
• Typically 7–10 years of experience in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience translating financial insights into business recommendations and investment decisions.
• Knowledge of financial controls, accounting policies, and audit requirements.
