TL;DR

What you will do

  • Map end-to-end IT service customer journeys to identify and resolve friction points.
  • Execute change management strategies and communication campaigns to drive technology adoption.
  • Lead focus groups, workshops, and training sessions for diverse employee populations.
  • Translate user feedback into actionable recommendations for IT leadership.
  • Develop ROI-driven business cases for service improvement and automation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with process owners and engineering teams to implement best-in-class tooling.

Requirements

  • Proven success leading organization-wide technology adoption programs in global enterprises with 1,000+ employees.
  • Track record of mapping customer journeys and driving measurable improvements in CSAT/NPS.
  • Ability to create engaging multi-channel communication and training content for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau to develop dashboards and identify trends.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United Kingdom without requiring employer sponsorship.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM principles and experience with ITIL standards.
