What you will do
- Map end-to-end IT service customer journeys to identify and resolve friction points.
- Execute change management strategies and communication campaigns to drive technology adoption.
- Lead focus groups, workshops, and training sessions for diverse employee populations.
- Translate user feedback into actionable recommendations for IT leadership.
- Develop ROI-driven business cases for service improvement and automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with process owners and engineering teams to implement best-in-class tooling.
Requirements
- Proven success leading organization-wide technology adoption programs in global enterprises with 1,000+ employees.
- Track record of mapping customer journeys and driving measurable improvements in CSAT/NPS.
- Ability to create engaging multi-channel communication and training content for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau to develop dashboards and identify trends.
- Legal authorization to work in the United Kingdom without requiring employer sponsorship.
- Strong understanding of ITSM principles and experience with ITIL standards.
