hirify.global is hiring a senior technology leader to manage business systems and oversee delivery and change governance.

What you will do

• Define and own the strategic direction for business systems, aligning to hirify.global’ technology roadmap and business goals.
• Prioritise the technology change portfolio by balancing strategic needs, operational risks, dependencies, and capacity.
• Govern and approve system changes, ensuring security, architectural integrity, and operational stability.
• Own the full lifecycle of technology change from intake and analysis through delivery oversight, adoption, and benefits tracking.
• Lead a multi-discipline function (Business Analysts, Change Leads, Delivery Leads, Systems SMEs) including performance management and capability development.
• Manage budgets, suppliers, and enterprise-scale delivery risks (RAID), ensuring regulatory, audit, and security requirements are met.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience in technology delivery, business systems, or change management.
• Experience managing budgets, suppliers, and enterprise-scale change functions.
• Strong understanding of delivery and change governance, including release and system lifecycle management.
• Ability to evaluate and manage risk across systems, projects, and change activity to meet regulatory, audit, and security requirements.

Nice to have

• ITIL (governance & service management) certification.
• Agile/Scrum/Scaled Agile certification.
• Project/Programme Management certifications (PMP, MSP, Prince2).
• Change Management certifications (APMG/PROSCI).
