What you will do

• Execute asset protection initiatives and shortage reduction programs across 5-10 store locations.
• Perform operational audits focusing on sales floor fullness, stockroom organization, health and safety, and HR compliance.
• Conduct internal investigations into inventory loss, cash loss, and policy violations.
• Perform surveillance using CCTV and floor techniques to apprehend and deter theft.
• Initiate and resolve Organized Retail Crime investigations in partnership with law enforcement.
• Train store personnel on safety communication and crisis management protocols.

Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience in Asset Protection (multi-location experience preferred).
• 4-year degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work nights, evenings, and weekends.
• Must pass a comprehensive background investigation.
• Must have a reliable means of transportation.
