Global Security Manager (Campus Security)

What you will do

• Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies and procedures to mitigate campus risks.
• Lead the emergency response program, including training and drills for emergency preparedness.
• Maintain relationships with local law enforcement and emergency response organizations.
• Oversee security vendors, including contract negotiations and performance monitoring.
• Manage access control systems and conduct regular security audits to identify vulnerabilities.
• Manage, forecast, and maintain campus security budgets and support global office expansions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in security management, specifically in campus security and emergency response.
• Proven experience leading and managing teams of security professionals.
• Strong understanding of security technologies and risk assessment methodologies.
• Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
• Must have United States work authorization (certain visa categories and H-1B sponsorship may not be supported).
