What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud architecture and delivery for enterprise healthcare implementations.
• Define technical strategy ensuring scalability, security, and strict compliance with HIPAA/PHI regulations.
• Govern integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and healthcare standards like FHIR and HL7.
• Lead and mentor multi-shore Salesforce teams, conducting technical design and code reviews.
• Collaborate with program managers to manage scope, timelines, and delivery commitments.
• Drive platform innovation through PoCs and adoption of new Salesforce Health Cloud features.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud (Patient Profiles, Care Plans, Care Teams, Utilization Management).
• Hands-on leadership experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers, and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong understanding of EHR/EMR integrations and payer/provider workflows.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Copado, Git, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
• Proven experience working in Agile or Scaled Agile (SAFe) environments.
• Must be located in or authorized to work in Atlanta, Georgia, USA
