What you will do

• Design and implement scalable, efficient Salesforce solutions following ecosystem best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
• Lead project planning, estimation activities, and backlog management.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams on design patterns and Salesforce best practices.
• Integrate Salesforce solutions with other external systems and platforms.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges to drive continuous optimization of Salesforce environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Solutions Architect, Consultant, or Project Manager.
• Expertise in Salesforce Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
• Deep knowledge of advanced configuration, security/permissions management, data migration, and data modeling.
• Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components design considerations.
• Experience with Agile project methodology, including user stories and sprint planning.
• Strong English communication and documentation skills.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certifications.
• Salesforce Platform App Builder certification.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
