• Partner with business leaders and People teams to provide strategic reward advice that supports business priorities.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable reward programs, policies, and frameworks.
• Lead key reward initiatives including job architecture, compensation review cycles, and market benchmarking.
• Apply market data and internal insights to evaluate roles and make recommendations for competitiveness and fairness.
• Support Talent Acquisition in creating equitable and market-informed offers for new hires and internal mobility.
• Collaborate across the People team to ensure reward initiatives are well-communicated and aligned with company philosophy.

Requirements

• Experience in the tech sector or another fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Broad expertise across compensation and Total Rewards, including job architecture and governance.
• Proactive approach to partnering with business leaders and providing education on reward programs.
• Solid data analysis skills with the ability to turn insights into a clear narrative.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders through collaboration.
