What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact and escalation partner for complex client service matters across the APAC region.
• Lead client engagements, product demos, and solution discussions using a consultative approach.
• Drive operational excellence by identifying process improvements, automation opportunities, and control enhancements.
• Lead strategic transformation initiatives, including migrations, digitalization, and change programs.
• Ensure strict adherence to global policies, regulatory requirements, and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders and global partners to align service delivery and regional strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Client Services, Sales, or the Banking/Financial Services industry.
• Strong exposure to APAC markets.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at various seniority levels.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for articulating complex concepts.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience in Payments, Cash Management, or Corporate Banking products.
