Salary: $155,000 - $180,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the design and execution of Cell Starting Material characterization studies using QbD principles.
• Develop and evaluate innovative cell isolation and enrichment technologies from various biological sources.
• Drive process understanding and control strategies to support clinical and commercial GMP manufacturing.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in cell therapy process sciences and mentor junior scientists.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Analytical Sciences, MSAT, Quality, and Regulatory teams.
• Prepare technical reports and regulatory documents for IND/BLA submissions.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Molecular & Cell Biology, Immunology, or related field (7+ years exp), or MS (10+ years), or BS (12+ years).
• Expertise in immunology, cellular biology, aseptic technique, and cell-based assays.
• Experience with cell isolation technologies and optimizing cryopreservation processes.
• Proven track record in process characterization, DOE, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong understanding of gene editing, viral transduction, and cell expansion.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
