What you will do

• Lead daily shipping, receiving, warehousing, and material handling operations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through effective control processes and cycle count programs.
• Monitor logistics performance metrics and implement corrective actions to meet established targets.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation to ensure on-time deliveries and cost-effective freight management.
• Develop, coach, and lead logistics team members to achieve performance objectives.
• Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, and Sales departments to resolve material flow and logistics issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Operations Management.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Operations.
• Minimum 2-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience working with customer portals, EDI, and ERP systems.
• Experience within an automotive manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
