What you will do

• Own the operation and development of the data loss prevention (DLP) program, including alert monitoring and policy tuning.
• Administer Jamf for endpoint management, patching, and overall workstation health.
• Remediate workstation vulnerabilities identified through tools such as CrowdStrike.
• Support identity and access management (IAM) administration via Okta.
• Manage the software lifecycle and user provisioning process transitioning from vendor management tooling.
• Collaborate with Security, PeopleOps, and Legal teams to translate technical risks into business decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of broad IT administration experience in endpoint operations, IAM, and user support.
• Strong professional experience administering Jamf for managed endpoints.
• Proven track record of taking ownership of operational programs and cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve unfamiliar technical issues.
• Must be based in Greater Montreal, Quebec, Canada for hybrid office attendance.
• Strong business communication skills for explaining technical tradeoffs to non-technical partners and executives.
