What you will do

• Administer and enhance Linux (Rocky Linux 9) and Windows infrastructure services including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Manage virtualization environments using Linux KVM/libvirt and VMware ESXi/vSphere.
• Automate operational tasks and optimize workflows using SaltStack, Bash, Python, and Git.
• Maintain enterprise network infrastructure including Arista/Dell switches and FortiGate firewalls.
• Oversee enterprise storage (Qumulo, Isilon, NFS) and backup/disaster recovery processes via Veeam.
• Mentor junior team members and partner with the CTO to define long-term infrastructure priorities.

Requirements

• Strong experience administering Linux (Rocky, RHEL, or CentOS) in complex production environments.
• Proficiency in automation using SaltStack, Bash, Python, and Git.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise networking, including VLANs, routing, and FortiGate firewalls.
• Experience with VMware, KVM, and enterprise NAS platforms.
• Bilingual proficiency: French for internal collaboration and English for technical documentation and vendors.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience in animation, VFX, or game development environments.
• Familiarity with HP Anyware/PCoIP, Leostream, or NVIDIA GPUs.
• Knowledge of Docker Swarm, Kubernetes, or Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience with security audits or frameworks such as TPN, MPAA, or ISO.
