What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and virtualization.
• Administer data center and cloud environments using INAP, Horizon IQ, and Evocative.
• Perform system, database, and server patching, backups, and monitoring.
• Provide end-user support for hardware and software via SugarCRM and ServiceNow ticketing systems.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding activities, including asset procurement and retrieval.
• Deploy SSL certificates and manage DNS, firewalls, and VoIP technologies across all environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or 5+ years of experience in IT engineering.
• Proficiency with VMWARE Vcenter, Windows Server, and various Linux distributions.
• Strong knowledge of Load balancing, Firewalls (Rules, Policies, VPN), and DNS management.
• Experience with Layer 2 and Layer 3 network configurations and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Dell, Lenovo, and HP hardware (PCs, Laptops, and Servers).
• Must be based in the USA or Canada.
