What you will do

• Provide operational support for on-premises deployments of Perforce, GitLab, and Artifactory.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents for power users within game production to minimize disruptions.
• Continuously improve and optimize existing production processes and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with studios to gather business requirements and propose sustainable infrastructure solutions.
• Provide on-call support approximately once every two months, including weekends.

Requirements

• Solid experience and knowledge of Linux Operating systems.
• Proficiency with source control tools (Perforce, Git, GitLab, Team Foundation, Subversion) and SCM concepts like branching and merging.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as MS Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Knowledge of automation and Infrastructure as Code tools, specifically Ansible and Terraform.
• Strong understanding of network, systems, and storage concepts.
