What you will do

• Lead end-to-end cost development processes from RFP review through award and contract negotiations.
• Compile cost, schedule, and technical elements to develop proposals based on RFP specifications.
• Establish and maintain tools for gathering, consolidating, and accumulating cost data.
• Calculate cash flows, profit-to-cost ratios, and return on sales metrics using risk-adjusted assumptions.
• Produce compliant cost volumes and documentation for DCAA, DCS, and other audit agencies.
• Collaborate as a core member of the contract negotiation team to provide pricing guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in proposal pricing/estimating, preferably in aerospace, defense, or government contracting.
• Expertise with various contract types including FFP, CPFF, IWTA, and TINA compliant DCS.
• Proficiency with cost modeling tools, spreadsheets, and integrated proposal software.
• Working knowledge of FAR, DCAA compliance, and cost accounting standards.
