FP&A Analyst II (Finance)

What you will do

• Analyze month-end actuals against forecasts and prepare detailed variance and trend analyses.
• Handle financial reporting for Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash flow in coordination with Corporate FP&A.
• Prepare monthly forecast reviews for presentation to executive leadership.
• Update and maintain the hirify.global Backlog pipeline and unfunded reports.
• Develop the annual operating plan and strategy outlook.
• Monitor KPIs and track variances to identify root causes, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2-5 years of experience in Finance, specifically involving forecasting and trend analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to government contract requirements.
• Eligibility for DoD Personal Security Clearance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
