What you will do

• Build a comprehensive view of self-service customers, including usage patterns, health, satisfaction, and growth opportunities.
• Translate customer demand and commercial plans into capacity forecasts and support allocation decisions.
• Measure effective capacity utilization to identify opportunities for improving commercial value.
• Develop and evaluate pricing and packaging models, including on-demand pricing, commitments, and throughput units.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for customer segmentation, pricing, and product priorities.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Applied AI, Finance, and Sales to implement operational improvements.

Requirements

• Strong commercial and product judgment to balance monetization, growth, and profitability.
• Hands-on experience analyzing large-scale customer and usage datasets using analytical or distributed tools.
• Strong financial modelling skills to turn complex data into clear recommendations.
• Experience with pricing, packaging, or commercial analytics for technical consumption-based products.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, and Finance teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the country in which you apply.
