Senior Analyst, Credit Operations Modeling (Fintech)

• Execute production Reserves and Loss Forecasting models focusing on CECL and stress testing.
• Monitor model data inputs, manage production controls, and perform output analytics.
• Analyze trends and drivers of changes across the entire hirify.global portfolio.
• Collaborate with IT and model development teams to manage enhancements and big data processing.
• Respond to model validation and regulatory requests, adhering to governance standards.
• Support the full model lifecycle from development to production implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Math, Stats, etc.) with 5+ years of experience.
• Strong programming skills in SQL, Python, and Spark for statistical analysis and data management.
• Experience with Linux and managing large datasets in relational databases.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with HDFS and AWS cloud computing environments.
• Familiarity with banking sector Model Governance trends (SR11-7).
• Experience in process improvement or project management.
