What you will do

• Provide technical leadership in the Analytics function to support financial crime risk management (FCRM).
• Develop AI-driven solutions, reporting, and advanced analytics for AML and regulatory commitments.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable analysis and scalable data science solutions.
• Collaborate with data engineers and software engineers to build sustainable models that provide long-term business benefit.
• Communicate insights and data stories to senior executive management and stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen or have a US Resident Green Card; no work visa support or sponsorship provided.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in data science.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Databricks, Oracle, and Azure cloud data platforms.
• Experience with Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, agentic AI, and prompt engineering.
• Domain expertise in AML, Financial Crime, Compliance, Audit, or Transaction Monitoring.
• Undergraduate or advanced degree in Math, Physics, Engineering, Finance, or Computer Science.
