What you will do

• Conduct independent validations of sophisticated credit and fraud models, including ML and traditional statistical models.
• Develop automated monitoring suites in Python to track KRI/KPI drift, population stability, and feature importance.
• Partner with model developers to drive the remediation of validation findings for mathematical robustness.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit, Internal Controls, and Compliance to resolve regulatory requests.
• Support the development of the Bank Model Risk Management function and validation of Bank-owned models.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in Credit/Fraud/Financial Risk Modeling, Model Validation, or Quantitative Analytics.
• Deep understanding of the consumer credit lifecycle and fraud detection.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python (specifically pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels).
• Mastery of SQL for wrangling large-scale distributed datasets and data lineage audits.
• Must be based in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
