What you will do

• Support full-cycle delivery of commercial outcomes for technology developments and security solutions.
• Manage and resolve risks and issues relating to delivery and their impact on related components or teams.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to track progress and achieve project benefits.
• Coordinate multiple medium-sized technical deliveries or a single large-scale technical project.
• Monitor all activities from scope to delivery to ensure adherence to technical roadmaps and budget constraints.
• Implement process improvements and suggest changes to optimize how the delivery team operates.

Requirements

• UK birth and continuous UK residency for the last 10 years (mandatory for DV clearance).
• Generalist technical background from a STEM degree or exposure to software, cyber assurance, networks, cloud, or data science.
• Foundation in Agile Project Management.
• Knowledge of Programme Increment (PI) planning or big room planning.

Nice to have

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
• Experience in stakeholder management.
