What you will do

• Support the implementation of the AI transformation agenda across consulting and support functions.
• Integrate AI tools, copilots, assistants, and agentic workflows into daily operational workflows.
• Partner with regional leadership to execute AI adoption strategies and maintain governance mechanisms.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to design and deliver AI learning programs, workshops, and boot camps.
• Identify and scale AI use cases into reusable assets such as prompts, workflows, and playbooks.
• Define and monitor KPIs related to adoption, productivity improvement, and business impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, transformation, digital, or operations.
• Hands-on familiarity with LLMs, copilots, AI assistants, and automation platforms.
• Experience driving process improvement or operating model transformation at organizational scale.
• Strong track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving behavioral change.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into practical AI-enabled solutions.
