What you will do

• Partner with the CAO as a trusted thought partner to drive long-term strategy and execution for ML/AI bets.
• Represent the CAO in technical and cross-functional forums to ensure decisions are grounded in user impact and success metrics.
• Lead end-to-end strategic initiatives, such as establishing a research brand or user-insight cadences.
• Drive operational rhythms, including QBRs, MBRs, and goal planning (OKRs) across the organization.
• Oversee the organization's roadmap, dependencies, and performance tracking to ensure clear visibility of user value.
• Triage inbound requests and prioritize high-leverage work to optimize the leadership team's impact.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, product, or technical program management.
• Experience in SaaS or product-led organizations is non-negotiable.
• Technical fluency to engage effectively with ML and engineering teams and navigate technical discussions.
• Proven expertise in building and running planning cadences and execution frameworks.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and operate effectively in highly ambiguous environments.
• Must be based in Sydney, Australia.
