What you will do

• Map processes for autonomous operations and define offboard application needs, including remote operation capabilities.
• Define well-structured business features and coordinate with application and platform engineering for delivery.
• Collaborate with Design and User Research teams to develop and test prototypes using AI tools.
• Prioritize the product backlog, managing new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Partner with marketing and dealer support teams to drive product adoption and sales growth.
• Coordinate with field support specialists and customers to resolve technical problems and expand usage.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Product Management (typically 3+ years).
• Experience leading technical teams and managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and software product business operations.
• Capability to define product direction in undefined spaces and handle ambiguity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be based in Chicago, IL or Peoria, IL; visa sponsorship is not available
