Salary: $125,000 - $140,000 a year

What you will do

• Bridge the gap between stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-impact mission solutions.
• Develop product roadmaps, manage competing priorities, and translate mission needs into actionable plans.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with senior military leaders and technical personnel.
• Support CDAO's strategic objectives to enable operational excellence within the Department of War.
• Contribute to the integration of data-driven decision-making tools and data pipelines.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance (must have to start).
• Direct military or military contracting experience with a strong understanding of CDAO operations.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, including roadmap development and stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated experience working within Agile frameworks (Scrum or SAFe).
• Foundational technical understanding of data pipelines and/or the Advana War Data Platform (WDP).
• Bachelor's degree with 3 years of specialized experience (or equivalent professional experience).

Nice to have

• 4+ years of experience in applied data science or Palantir Foundry development.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and distributed data frameworks like Spark, Databricks, or PySpark.
• Experience developing ML models from training to deployment (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, XGBoost).
• Familiarity with MLOps, API development, and secure cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
