What you will do

• Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and programmatic platforms.
• Develop audience segmentation strategies aligned with buyer personas and sales stages.
• Manage daily campaign operations including bid strategy, budget pacing, exclusion lists, and conversion tracking.
• Establish structured testing frameworks to improve media strategy continuously.
• Partner with brand and creative teams to create clear, channel-specific creative briefs.
• Build scalable reporting processes to translate performance data into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Must be located in the USA (remote within USA only)
• Hands-on experience managing B2B paid media budgets across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.
• Proven ability to build and execute structured testing frameworks with clear performance measurement.
• Strong creative briefing skills for static, video, and lead-generation formats.
• Analytical proficiency to interpret full-funnel performance data for sales and marketing leadership.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ABM platforms, programmatic DSPs, or Salesforce marketing attribution models.
