What you will do

• Examine and process Canadian and US change requests to ensure compliance with legal and contractual provisions.
• Perform critical financial calculations, including cost of insurance, target premiums, and termination penalties.
• Input data across multiple administrative systems including NWB, NB+U, Vantage, CFM, USSI, and CRM.
• Manage verbal and written communication with members, Producers, and internal customers.
• Investigate and escalate system rejects to senior specialists or the help desk for resolution.
• Collaborate with the Commissions Team to facilitate accurate Producer compensation.

Requirements

• Must be based in Toronto to support a hybrid work arrangement.
• Knowledge of Foresters products and administrative systems (CFM, Vantage, NB+U, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to prioritize work under pressure to meet weekly, monthly, and year-end deadlines.
• Must be currently enrolled in LOMA or committed to completing LOMA courses.
