What you will do

• Administer and provide financial reporting for Private Equity and Private Debt clients.
• Review financial data and manage consolidations through various investment structures.
• Process fund expenses, book journal entries, and perform third-party reconciliations of investments and cash.
• Calculate capital calls, distributions, and fee schedules including management fees and carried interest.
• Prepare NAV packages and investor allocations for each cycle.
• Coordinate with clients, banks, and auditors to ensure smooth delivery of all reports.

Requirements

• University degree with a concentration in finance or accounting.
• Experience in the fund administration industry.
• Experience managing staff, including administrators, investment managers, or fund auditors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• In-depth knowledge of fund structures, fee calculations, and financial instruments.

Nice to have

• Experience with fund accounting software such as Geneva, Investran, or Yardi.
• Working knowledge of Bloomberg.
