What you will do

• Lead staff training, hiring, development, and overall team management including payroll and scheduling.
• Drive revenue and sales expectations by monitoring KPIs such as ADS, UPT, and Sell Through.
• Manage daily store operations, including cash flow, facility maintenance, and opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure strict adherence to state regulations and internal compliance standards using METRC.
• Oversee inventory processes, including intake, invoice management, and shelf stocking accuracy.
• Enhance customer experience through omni-channel ordering options and loyalty program initiatives.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, service, or cannabis industries.
• 2-5 years of experience in customer service related work.
• Must be able to clear a background check.
• Flexibility in working hours.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.

• Cannabis industry experience.
• Dutchie POS experience.
• METRC Seed-to-Sales experience.
